What you share
We collect your name, email address, optional phone number, enquiry type and message when you submit the form. We also record when it was received and your acknowledgement of this notice. Please keep your message relevant to your enquiry and do not include identity documents, payment details or other sensitive records.
How we use it
The Gakhill team uses these details to review your enquiry, contact you about it and manage any follow-up. Submitting an enquiry does not sign you up for unrelated marketing.
Where enquiries are kept
Enquiries are stored using Cloudflare. A restricted Google Sheet may also be used by the owner and authorised team members to organise follow-up. These services may process information internationally. Enquiry records are not published on this website.
AI-assisted drafting
Authorised team members may use an AI tool to summarise an enquiry or prepare a draft response. A person reviews and approves a response before it is sent. AI tools are not authorised to send replies automatically.
Protection against spam
Cloudflare Turnstile checks submissions for abuse. The form sends your network address to Cloudflare for verification. Our enquiry database stores a daily changing, protected fingerprint for submission limits rather than your raw network address. Cloudflare may separately process security logs under its own policies.
Corrections and removal
You can ask the team to correct or remove your enquiry by replying during your conversation or submitting a new enquiry marked “Privacy request”. Include the enquiry reference if available. We review stored enquiries and remove information when it is no longer needed for the conversation or record-keeping.
